Here are answers to some questions that are frequently asked about the Town of Vivian.

Does Town Hall accept debit or credit cards as form of payment?

Unfortunately, at this time, we are not equipped to accept debit/credit card inside. Cash, check, or money orders are the only acceptable forms of payment at City Hall. You can now pay with card or check online.

Does the Town of Vivian pick up green waste?

Can Town Hall look up property taxes?

The workers inside Town Hall are able to look up city taxes, but not the parish. Any properties adjudicated to both parish and city must go through Caddo Parish to redeem.

Can I pay my electric bill in town hall?

You CAN NOT pay electric bills at Town Hall; ….. water/sewer only!
